missingWrote a review on 22 Novdisappointing room
Disappointment struck when I encountered smokers nearby while trying to unwind by the pool. it really put a damper on the experience. Additionally, during a second stay, the room assigned was tucked away in a corner, lacking the promised view and balcony, which felt like a bait-and-switch. Noise from neighboring guests made it occasionally disruptive, especially during the night.

Lovely swimming pool a few steps away.
I was extremely frustrated by the breakfast chaos! The system of needing to pre-order our breakfast was ridiculous. we felt so restricted. It took an eternity to get service, and the food was often wrong or delayed. My first morning was particularly infuriating as I waited almost 40 minutes just to get a simple egg and toast.
